Lengthy History

Since our founding in 1973 as Kurauchi Patent Attorneys' Office, we have gone through a lengthy history. Although every IP law firm with a lengthy history cannot be judged for that reason alone to be a good law firm, we believe that our lengthy history demonstrates that our many clients have put their confidence in our firm.

Technical innovation is realized by building new technology upon prior technologies through out a lengthy history. We have focused on technology innovation in various areas. And we now work for many clients. In addition, we provide our service not only in the areas of cutting-edge technology but also in the area of trademarks.

Management of intellectual property, including patents and trademarks, requires highly reliable administration over the long term. We have well-developed administration systems to assure reliable protection over the long term.

Work Environment

Since our foundation, ARC has always placed particular emphasis on the initiative/flexibility of its members. Each attorney, technical assistant, and legal assistant makes every effort to improve us through continuous studies in order to answer clients' need as a specialist.

Flexible working styles allow us to carry out our daily works effectively with room to think freely.

Now we have 70 members in our firm, and this number enables us to ensure our members' flexibility. ARC thus establishes a work environment fostering good organizational skills and adaptabilities.
